Problem with DVD's in Windows Media Player

Hey guys,

I played a DVD for the first time on my laptop last night. I tried to play it in a program I found already installed called Cyberlink, but it didn't seem to work for some reason. So I switched to Windows Media and was able to play it. However, when I put in another DVD today and tried to browse the menu, it didn't give me all the options it should have done. I looked for a commentary that I knew to be on the DVD, but all I could find in the menus were settings that you find on all DVD's, such as language, camera angle, captions, etc. Does anyone have an idea as to why this might be happening?

Thanks,
Becky

Jaws is limiited to what you can see. Run Jaws 13 helps.
Also update your computer and get the update for DVD's and Media player. Maybe you'll get all you want. Microsoft released it last week I think, but it is an optional update.

Here is the update. I really don't know if it help, but it won't hurt to install.
